FRED LAHIJANI
Mr. Lahijani is the Founder and Principal of South Broadway Consulting. He shares well over 30 years of rich experience in construction and real estate development and has been a principal and developer to a variety of commercial real estate projects located in New York & Southern California.
Mr. Lahijiani’s extensive knowledge in the construction and project management fields include negotiating and facilitating agreements with vital contractors, engineers, and architectural firms, across a variety of property types including the redevelopment and new construction of over $700 MM in assets. Mr. Lahijani overseas all operational elements under South Broadway Consulting’s umbrella, including the structuring and implementation of its project operations.
JEFFERY LUSTER
A seasoned real estate professional, Mr. Luster has been a consistent Top Producer for Major Properties for over 27 years. During his long career, he has successfully transacted over one billion dollars ($1B) of real estate in the Los Angeles real estate market, most of it situated in the greater Hollywood area. Recently he had two hundred million dollars ($200M) of commercial and industrial property transactions in escrow.
Mr. Luster specializes in the marketing of commercial, industrial and adaptive reuse investment properties. An expert negotiator, he has literally represented hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate in the Hollywood, West Hollywood, Mid-Wilshire and Downtown Los Angeles areas.
Mr. Luster is a tenacious, innovative broker who knows what it takes to successfully market property. Utilizing Major Properties’ unique in-house marketing department, custom databases and web affiliations with Loopnet, CoStar and the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), the Industrial and LABR Multiples, and plain, old fashioned hard work, Mr. Luster is able to continually match the right buyers with the right properties.
Mr. Luster is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1981. He became CEO of Major Properties in 1992. He is also the past President of the Hollywood Police Support Association (HPSA), a member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Guardians (of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging).
BRADLEY LUSTER
A seasoned real estate professional, Bradley Luster has been a consistent Top Producer for Major Properties for 30 years. Mr. Luster joined Major Properties as a sales agent in 1986. In 1992, he and his brother Jeff became owners of the firm started by their father, Arnold Luster, in 1964. Mr. Luster is the President of the firm and has literally sold millions of square feet in the Downtown Los Angeles real estate market.
Mr. Luster is past Chairman of the Jewish Federation Downtown Division and is on the Board of Directors/Executive Committee for the Jewish Home for the Aging. Mr. Luster was honored as Man of the Year by the Asthma & Allergy Foundation of America and also by Jewish Vocational Services ( JVS) for his years of charity work in the Los Angeles community.
Mr. Luster is a consultant to property owners and a guest lecturer at UCLA and USC Real Estate and Business schools. His business philosophy has been to represent owners as an exclusive agent, and to cooperate with all agents and brokers. This philosophy provides every exclusive listing with the best possible exposure to the entire market. Mr. Luster is married to Theresa, and has one son, Sam.
GREG BARSAMIAN
Greg Barsamian has over 30 years of experience as a commercial broker in the Los Angeles County region. With over 100 million square feet in industrial and corporate office transactions, Mr. Barsamian has serviced major corporations throughout the Southern California area. He specializes in corporate relocation and lease negotiations, commercial leasing and sales, and strategic real estate planning and implementation.
Mr. Barsamian is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and was the chair of the National Industrial Advisory Board for Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Mr. Barsamian began his commercial real estate career with Grubb & Ellis in 1984. From 1994-2006 he was a broker with CBRE. In 2006 Mr. Barsamian co-founded the Coldwell Banker Commercial Glendale office and is Managing Principal of Industrial and Commercial Properties. In April 2018, Colliers International acquired the firm.
